    Capability

Get every document signed, without the email chase.

Prepare one PDF or a complete document pack in a continuous view, assign signatures and required text to the right people, then follow every signer from one firm workspace.

Verify Client onboarding pack showing completed client documents, a Client Care Letter and signatures

What you can do with electronic signing.

Give clients a clear task and keep the completed work with the matter.

    • Complex packs made simple

Scroll through up to 20 PDFs, click the page you are working on and place each field exactly where it belongs.

    • Nothing important is missed

Assign every signature and required text box to a named person, even when several people complete the same page.

    • Witnessed signing, clearly connected

The signer appoints their physically present witness after signing, with a locked witness statement kept beside the witness signature.

    Workflow

From final PDFs to completed evidence.

The firm controls preparation and each signer receives only the documents and fields assigned to them.

    Start

    Choose the matter

Start from the top-level Electronic signing workspace and reuse the matter's existing parties.

    Prepare

    Upload and place fields

Scroll through the final PDFs, click any page and add signatures or required text for the person who must complete them.

    Send

    Check and send

Verify the complete field plan, signing order and deadline before the exact document set is frozen and sent.

    Evidence

    Track and retain

Monitor invitation and code activity, correct recipient details safely, complete any firm-dating or PG82 step, then retain the signed PDFs and evidence record.

    Human in the loop

    Repeatable routing with firm-controlled preparation.

Verify Client handles access, sequencing, progress and evidence while the firm decides what is signed, by whom and where.

    What Verify Client handles

    Repeatable work moves automatically.

    • Secure one-time-code access scoped to each signer, witness and request.
    • Release of the next routing group after required earlier signatures complete.
    • A clear activity record for invitations and code requests, with audited contact corrections and secure replacement links.
    • Required-answer checks, completed PDF rendering and tamper-evident completion evidence.

    What your firm decides

    Judgement and exceptions stay visible.

    • The final PDFs, recipient visibility and placement of every signature and required text field.
    • The signature meaning, witness requirement, signing order and completion deadline.
    • Any post-signing firm date and optional HM Land Registry Practice Guide 82 certification.
    • Cancellation with a recorded reason when an active request must stop.

A signing record kept with the matter.

    • Completed PDFs

Signatures, required answers and witness statements are rendered into the correct final documents.

    • Completion certificate

The certificate records the request, signers, authentication assurance, meanings and event times.

    • Tamper-evident manifest

Canonical checksums connect source documents, signing acts and final artefacts without changing prior evidence.

    Questions about electronic signing.

The practical details firms usually ask about.

Can several people sign the same document?

Yes. A request can contain several parties, and each party can have several assigned signatures on the same page or across several PDFs.

Can signers be required to enter information as well as sign?

Yes. Add required text boxes anywhere in the document and assign each one to the person who must complete it. The request cannot be completed while an assigned required answer is blank.

Can the firm control who signs first?

Yes. Parties can be placed in ordered routing groups. The next group is invited only after the required signatures in the earlier group are complete.

    How is electronic signing charged?

Electronic signing uses a flat fee per signing matter. The applicable fee is recorded once when the request is first sent; reminders and retries do not create another signing charge.

Can a signer appoint a witness?

Yes, where the firm marks a witness as required and places the witness field. The signer completes their fields with the witness physically present, then privately invites that witness to attest. A locked physical-presence statement naming the signer is rendered beside the witness signature. Remote witnessing is not supported.

Does it support HM Land Registry Practice Guide 82 workflows?

An explicit PG82 profile adds the required witness, mobile-code, witness-address, firm-dating and conveyancer-certificate steps. The firm remains responsible for confirming that the document and execution method are eligible and for lodging the correct documents.
